At Adaptable Wardrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected, which is why we have established a straightforward returns process. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

Starting a Return
If you need to return an item, please initiate your return request through our online Returns Center. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. We recommend packing the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, to ensure it arrives safely.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they have been opened or unsealed. This includes:

  • Underwear and socks
  • Face masks and other personal care accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Defective or Incorrect Items
We take quality control very seriously, but if you receive a defective item or we made an error with your order, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include providing a prepaid return label and sending a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of specific sizes or styles, especially for popular items.

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. This credit can be used toward a future purchase on our website. If the item was not marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
